Will grew up around the United States and overseas. Will, his wife, and three daughters live in Austin, Texas where they are active in their faith.

Will has almost 20 years experience in investment management and financial services. He was an institutional investor for 10 years, including most recently at the University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO) in Austin, Texas, where he ran Private Equity Co-Investments and Private Credit.

Will began his career in investment banking where he served for eight years on financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Will has deep experience as an investor and investment banker across a broad range of:

• Industries  | Automotive, manufacturing, gaming and lodging, restaurants, newspapers, telecom, satellite radio, trucking, and specialty finance among others,

• Investments | Private equity, private debt, distressed debt, and public equities, 

• Transaction Advisory | M&A, leveraged buyouts, financial restructuring, debt and equity finance, and 

• Life cycles | Growth, venture, distressed and stable.

Will received his MBA from the University of Chicago and has a bachelors degree from the University of Richmond.
